Christmas Shipping Deadlines:

UK last orders for Xmas delivery Monday 1st December 12pm
Europe and rest of world last orders Thursday 17th November 12pm

Standard Shipping Terms:

We currently offer shipping to the UK, Europe, America & Canada and Australia & NZ.

​

UK samples are delivered within 2-5 working days. Please note this service is not tracked.

We will send you an email confirmation once your samples are on their way to you.

​

​​Samples for countries outside of the UK we ship using Royal Mail International Tracked, usually in 7-10 business days.

Parcels

​

Trade UK shipping costs are from £5.95 per order; costs are calculated and confirmed at the checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Wallpaper is shipped via DHL in 1-2 business days. We also ship some items using Royal Mail Tracked, Evri, DPD, and DHL, and you should have your order within 2-3 business days.

We ship to Europe (from £17.50), America & Canada (from £27.50) via Parcelforce, DPD and DHL Air Express. 

The total rate will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, and goods should arrive within 3-5 business days.

We now also ship to Australia and NZ via DHL Air Express from £27.50 and within 5-7 business days.

 

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any additional import or custom fees that may be applied when entering your delivery country, this includes shipments to the EU post-Brexit.

 We dispatch items as soon as possible but please allow 2-5 working days for UK deliveries on items that are in stock and with standard shipping.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Sometimes orders will require a signature, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery relies on our couriers to keep up their side of the deal too. Ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred through the fault of the couriers.

 

We strongly advise that you do not book tradesmen until you have the goods on site.

If you have requested a bespoke service then additional time scales / deliveries will apply due to the specifications being a tailored service. This will be confirmed when placing your order.
